The first thing that caught my eye with don't starve was its amazing artwork. With a sort of steampunk feel in a cartoon style, this game really is beautiful. The characters are individually designed with great specialties to their characters. Don't starve also adds a bit of mystery to it, with the fact that you wake up on a strange island, surrounded by eyeball birds, weird pig men, and weird tree creatures, the first thing that's happens is you get greeted by a strange man, who tells you to get food in order not to starve before he vanishes. After that you're on your own to find out what to do.
Though the title of this game seems quite predictable, not starving is one of the things lower on the list of stuff you need in order to survive. What will you do when all the beasties come out?

This game ha a wide range of scares, and keep an eye on your sanity bar! If it gets low, that's when things begin to get a lot more interesting!
So far there's beent wo different verions (or DLC's) of the game, the original, and World of giants. The world of giantas DLC includes a bunch of extra features and different things, and there are also plenty of Mods for the game, including different youtuber mods, like Markiplier and Yogscast Sips. You can also make your own!

So far, and this is one of the bad things about this game, multiplayer has not been implemented, which is bad news for people who are looking to play multiplayer. Hopefully in the future they'll add in a multiplayer option so that we can all play with our friends and try not to starve when there's more people around!
Until then we can keep on playing the amazing single player version and seeing how far we an get, and if we can unlock all the characters!
