"Are you sure this is gonna work?" Lewis asked as he stepped up onto the strange podium where a metal frame stood, waiting to have its straps wrapped around him and do whatever it was suppose to, he had a degree in chemistry, but even he couldn't understand the strange girls logic.
"Why wouldn't it?" Exza asked as she walked up and tightened the straps around his wrists.
"Well, err." he looked into her eyes and then to the others that were stood in the room. "Well, your experiments often end in... explosions."
"Not all of them." the brunette girl gestured to her metal gloves, causing Lewis to sigh.
"Well, they're a lot smaller, and don't... involve your friends and colleagues as the test subject."
"They may be smaller, but they are a lot more powerful."
Exza wrapped the large black strap around his stomach area and then came up to the last that would keep his head in place.
"Ow!" the raven haired man said and pouted his lip to the girl, who giggled and took a careful hold of his glasses.
"I need these."
"Sure."
She took them off careful not to break them and placed them to the side.
"There, don't want you getting your glasses welded into your face do we?" she asked as she picked up a large but thin glass screen. The raven haired man gave her a look of worry, as much as he could from the restraints of the bindings. "Joking."
"So, explain to me what exactly this will do?"
"Basically I have a shit tonne of computer systems linked up to here ready to... scan your brain basically. It will cover every area, your thoughts, memories, personality, everything. It will then send a psychic link to a little test dummy I have in my office... in other words you'll be able to control the dummy."
"And this will really work?"
"As far as I know."
"Brilliant."
She giggled once more before typing a series of commands into the different keyboards and monitors that were dotted around, she then turned on the glass panel/remote she held in her hand. It flashed green and then showed different series of words and theories and options in a light but bright blue, which Lewis thought looked like something from Star Trek. He watched carefully as she walked up and double checked that the restraints weren't loose and that they would keep him secure. If this was anything like her last 'amazing TP' idea then that would be very important.
"When exactly is this going to ha-"
He stopped talking and glared a little at the girl as she bopped him on the nose. "Shh."
He looked to his friends and saw Simon stifling a laugh. How on earth the leader and CEO of the yogscast family was being told what to do by an 18 year old girl, he would never know.
"You do know I am your boss right?"
The girl looked up and raised her eyebrows, which caused him to sigh and raise one of his to her, before she bopped him on the nose again. "Bad Lewis!"
This caused a few laughs and giggles from around the room and Exza smirked in a friendly way to him. He fount himself smiling back.
"So!" the girl clapped her hands together, causing a few sparks to conjure in her grasp. "Ah shit." she shook her hand to the side to extinguish the bolts.
"Good job." Simon said and the girl turned back to Lewis, walked over and placed the screen in a slot on the platform her boss was stood on. He looked a bit scared as she looked up to him, but she just stook out her tongue before walking away, which again caused him to sigh. He did that a lot around her.
She turned and raised her gloved hands towards him "Ready?"
"I don't really have a choice. But I guess."
"It may pinch a little"
