thanks, I do seem really grumpy -.-  (understatement of the century) I haven't slept in five whole days. But they wont understand, my dads all fussy about the new computer and not wanting to 'ruin it', whatever the fuck that means and my mum doesn't trust anything she sees online which makes it even harder when the only way to get something you want is to order it online.

probably not they think its a waste of money anyway, and even when I had my own laptop my dad put a fuck load of parental blocks on it -.- I mean what do my parents expect me to be doing?! Damn, your dad is strict.. You're 15 years old and your parents don't trust you to do the right things, that's not a really good way to raise up a kid.. And no, it is NOT too much to ask for! You want to have fun, do fun stuff with friends or alone, you want to do the things that make you happy. That's something everyone should be able too and no one should be in the way of that!

They don't understand what its like for me, they want me to talk to people and be more interactive, but how do they expect me to do that if they only let me see most of my friends at school because i'm not even aloud round boys houses incase they 'do anything to me', when I've known these guys for years and were as close as anything!

Wow, I think it is mostly because they are too scared you grow up. They probably want you to always stay that cute little girl you were. Not knowing you feel and act way older than they think you are. My parents did this too, but I talked to them and it actually changed! And about the boys, you probably don't have a brother? And it sounds really lame and stupid, but they do this because they love you very much and they don't want anything to happen to you. Unfortunetly for you, they don't handle it very well.

meh I still go round the boys houses anyway (rebel here, jk) and yeah, I wasn't very cute as a kid, I was always ill and in hospital :/ But I know what you mean, and my mums said that as well, my dad doesn't really give two shits to be honest. I am close to my parents (not that close, I mostly spend time in my room to avoid them or anyone really, but still closer than a lot of families) but they should let me make my own decisions

But, indeed they should let you make your own decisions. The problem is probably that they can't keep up with you growing up. Especially around the age of 15, you want to be treated and you try to act more like an adult. It is often that our parents don't realise this. They are still stuck in the time when you were little and young and didn't give a shit about wanting to be treated like an adult. (I had the same problem and it was REALLY annoying, especially how my mom treated me, but when I try to talk to my dad he told me he had had the same problem as well when he was about my age) The most important thing you have to do is try to talk to the one parent who treats you the closest to what you would like or the one you can talk the best to in general. Try to talk about how you feel about it and how you would like to be treated or that you are not a little kid anymore. Most importantly, stay calm and know it's hard for them too, say something like you understand this change is big for them but if you want to be happy and have the chance to grow up when you want to, they will have to let go, even a little, of the sweet thing you were. After I talked to my dad he understood me completely! Ofcourse he did not always think about it when talking to me, it takes its time, but afterwards he began to talk to my mom and she tried to change it too. There is another thing you have to remember though, you do have to show them you're growing up, if you want to be treated more mature, you have to act like it (ofcourse not ALL the time, sometimes it's good to bea little childish and playfull and your parents will love this.
Damn, I've written a lot.. But remember, it takes some time and effort from both sides, I really hope this was a bit usefull for you

It is useful thank you, but my parents would never understand it, besides when i was younger they would always tell me that i needed to act more mature and that i needed to grow up.
ah well, ill try to explain to my dad about minecraft but he wont understand :/

not sure exactly what you mean by gift card that should cover the cost of an account... do you mean id be able to buy it without having to pay anything? even so id still have to pay for the gift card and that would have to be done through credit card and I wouldn't be able to buy it because my parents. *my brain is melting because i'm so angry*
