"Uhhhh." The spaceman flopped down face first into his mattress, not bothering to change his clothes more than kicking his shoes off his feet.
"Night Xeph." He heard the dwarf call from the other side of the room, clearly woken up by the spacemans entrance.
"Mmm..." Xephos answered, snuggling down into his covers and letting the warmth envelope him.
It had been a long day at Yoglabs. Though, upon reflection it was never really a short day at Yoglabs.
Recently though the days seemed to drag on as they continued with the work into various means of controlling mobs, mainly zombies. Zombies were the easiest to get the grips with, once they figured those out they would be able to modify the method onto the different mobs.
The spaceman sighed, trying to cast all the work he still had her to finish far from his thoughts and burried his face in to the pillow.
And even though the thoughts still remained he finally managed to drift to sleep not long afterward.

The next day he awoke to the dwarf shaking him.
"Come on Xeph, you'll be mad at yourself if you're late to Yoglabs." The dwarf moved away when he felt the spaceman move and sat on his own bed pulling on his boots. "Morning."
"Nnmm..." The spaceman rubbed his eyes, his hair a mess and his clothes disheveled. "God what time is it...?" He grumbled, scratching his beard and swinging his legs from the bed.
"Half 6. You've only been asleep for a couple hours, I woulda let you stay there for longer but youdav moaned at me." The dwarf sighed. "Maybe you should try making it home earlier tonight? Seen as you have a day off tomorrow." The ginger dwarf cracked his back and sighed, heading for the door. "I'm gonna make some breakfast, you want some?"
"No... Thank you. I had a big dinner last night." The spaceman lied.
Once the dwarf had left he walked over to the bathroom, taking a clean change of clothes with him. He brushed his teeth, licking over the slightly pointed canines as usual, and then washed his face.
It was nice to let his tail roam round while he washed himself and looked at the blue freckles that adorned his face once he'd washed all the covering off.
He quickly fixed his hair and pulled out a small tub of tablets, taking one with some water before pulling his clean clothes on. He then covered his freckles over again with the covering - a thin layer of poly carbonate skin almost, which covered his freckles and hid them - and put his contacts in, the blue glow disappearing.
He smiled at himself in the mirror, a fake smile but nonetheless still a smile, and exited the bathroom, grabbing his jetpack from the bedside table and heading out to Honeydew.
"I'll see you later friend." He gave a small smile and turned away, ready to fly off.
"Ok, see ya." The dwarf answered, not looking up from his magazine.
The spaceman sighed to himself and flew off, heading back to work at Yoglabs.

It was all a bit of a blur after that... Some form of gambling... Fighting... Crowd cheering. He had been winning, that much he knew...
A familiar face popped up, he wasn't fighting alone.
Then... Him.
He turned up, attacked... Gas... Smoke...
"Oh good, you're finally awake." A familiar voice bought him back to the world of the living. "Thought I'd lost you there pal."
"Sips...?" He sat up, looking around the dark room. "Sips. What... What's going on?"
"Beats me, I was hoping you'd pulled a prank or something." The dirt trader answered. "Mind turning on the flashlight?"
The spaceman looked confused but then nodded slightly, pulling the contacts carefully from his eyes. The blue gleam shone around them and he realised where they were.
"Yoglabs..." He murmured. "Holding cell?" Looking around he freaked out a little. What if it was Lalnable? Oh god... And Sips. How had Sips gotten here?!
"Last thing I remember we were fighting, Ridgedog was there. And then some bozo turned up and next thing I know here we are." The dirt trader stated, trying to stand up. "Last time they came in I pretended to be asleep... They've been injecting us with stuff."
"Who?" The spaceman almost demanded, staying very still, sat in the corner with his back firmly against the wall.
"I don't know man, some guy in a yellow radiation suit thing!" Sips answered. He didn't seem to know any more than he let on.
The spaceman stood, though stumbling, and looked to the floor, two dead bodies lay there. "Oh... God." He signed. "I didn't authorise this..." He mumbled.
"What?"
"Doesn't matter, we shouldn't be in here. We need to find a way out." The spaceman strode over to the door. Sips had never seen him like this before, it's almost as if he commanded respect just by being in the same room as him. He stood tall, a sharp look on his features the dirt trader had never really seen before.
"Xeph... Do you know where we are?" He managed to ask, though somewhat terrified for an unknown reason.

There was a pause, and the blue of the spacemans eyes quickly shot to look at the dirt trader. But before he could answer the handle to the door opened...
