Well that wasn't what the dwarf was expecting to see. He expected a large man with muscles. Instead a blonde man walked through the iron door. He was quiet skimpy looking with a small brown goatee. He wore a long white scientists jacket and had goggles perched on top of his wavy but explicitly neat hair. His eyes were dark brown and had a certain green tint to the middle of the iris.
It was safe to say that they hadn't seen him before. Honeydew stood tall, well as tall as the dwarf could stand and banged on the glass cage with both fists. "If I ever get out of here!" the dwarf yelled at the man, who looked towards the dwarf, a creepy smile spreading across his thin lips.
"But you wont." he answered quiet smugly, his voice was quiet charming actually, but something was broken in it, that made the chilled voice sound on edge and almost strained.
"Let us out of here you crazy bugger or I swear!-"
"hahahahahahahah!" the man laughed quiet proudly with his hands behind his back. "Your friend seems quiet... banged up. I have tried to explain not to damage the patients too much. But I suppose I don't blame him, there is a history there." he added like the two men in front of him would know what he was talking about. Honeydew stared daggers at the man as Lalna stood up as well.
"Poor spaceman." said another voice, a very pronounced one at that.
The iron door opened again to reveal...Xephos?! No, not Xephos, there were very noticeable differences between the two. The new mans hair was wild and untamed with slight highlights of red in-between the strands of wavy brunette, whereas Xephos' hair was combed to one side. The man's eyes were bright green and made Lalna have a slight headache if he looked too long. Xephos' on the other hand were a tranquil and nice to the eyes blue.
Other than that the two looked the same, it was scary actually.~
"Still affected-" the man disappeared and reappeared in the cage with Xephos, leaning over him with an insane grin on his pale face.
"-By nightmares!"
"Green!" said the other man but it was too late the Xephos look alike had reached his hand down like someone picking a piece in chess and touched the unconscious spaceman on the head. Immediately Xephos began tossing and turning in his sleep like Honeydew had seen so many times.
"Xephos!" Honeydew shouted, but it was no use the spaceman turned and grabbed his head, still unconscious he started yelling in agony.
"Get out of there now Green!" the other man said angrily. the other smiled sickly at the dwarf in the cage in front of him and appeared once again next to the scientist looking man. "You can have your fun once I'm done with them!" The man who's name seemed to be Green did a sarcastic pouted face at the scientist and then looked back to his 'twin' who had now started sobbing in his sleep, still curled up.
It broke Honeydew's heart to see his friend in so much distress, it was just like when he first met him.
"What do you want with us?!" Lalna asked angrily "Why are we here?!" so many questions pressed on the scientists mind, he was always one to overthink tings and was beginning to panic at the different possible answers to the questions he had just asked. The man smiled the creepy smile again. It chilled Lalna right to his bones.
"Me? I'd be worried about what Green's going to do to your friend if I was you." he said devilishly in his broken voice. At this Honeydew began banging on the glass again. "you lay one finger on him and just see what happens!" he yelled at the two men in front of him, the two creepy and slightly broken looking men.
"Well you wont have to worry about that first my boys, first, comes my experiments." he chuckled to himself eerily before holding a hand up to a lever that was next to him. "First of all, swimming practice." he half said half sang as he pulled the lever.
The confused dwarf only had a few seconds to realise what the man meant before he was falling with the rest of his friends into a large and very very deep pool of water.
