Lalna stood back up, putting the syringe into his pocket before readjusting his goggles and picking the spaceman back up to put him back to bed.
"Bring him over to lovely island." Honeydew said. The scientist turned to him. "Its comfier and I managed to snag some supplies from the weird dungeon thing next to my house."
Lalna handed the dwarf the unconscious spaceman and they made their way over to lovely island, honeydew going by jetpack while Lalna grabbed the wand to teleport over to it. By the time he got there the dwarf had tucked the spaceman into his own bed and was looking through his chests for the supplies he didn't quite understand. The scientist walked over.
"I was gonna show him after we made up... He would have known what they were, you probably do to be honest... So er... Here..." The dwarf handed over the different supplies and the scientist placed them on the floor before sitting down next to them and crossing his legs before picking them up individually and looking at them. Honeydew sat opposite him and also crossed his legs, watching the scientist. "So..." He began, trying to make conversation.
"So..." Lalna answered. "Well, its a good thing you got these, I need some for what I was planning to do. Now I don't have to spend ages making them." He picked up a strange gun shaped device with a funnel on top and a swirly spring connecting from the side of the funnel to a little screen on the side. He pulled the vile of the spaceman's blood from his pocket, swirled it a few times, and opened it, pouring it into the funnel. He pulled down the trigger and the liquid began pouring down into the gun through the funnel.
While scientist waited, the dwarf made his way back over to the spaceman as he heard him turning in his sleep. He walked over and looked at his friend, who was now on his side, twisting around his ribs. The dwarf turned him so that he was lying on his back, and lifted his shirt so that he could see if there was anything visibly wrong with him. There wasn't when he had suspected something before, butthistime, was different. The spaceman's lower ribs were bruised and his skin looked stretched and tight as he could see allof his ribs. The dwarf brought his shirt back down and walked over to lalna.
"I don't think this is a matter of working himself too hard..."
