Kai was born on January 15th, in a time period unknown but she believes she's 23 years old. She's became a ghost, her death is clear memory to her, she died from a condition in her lungs called LRTI. She grew up a fairly well off family that was heavily christian, though she had had a fascination for the occult when she was in her teenage years. The reason she didn't become a demon and sent to a region in hell, or a soul spirit in the fair-lands (my world's version of heaven, I really got to explain my world fully sometime) is because she was neither even a slightly good nor evil person throughout her short life, her soul was confused on which place to go. So she was damned on earth, where her soul will forever stay until someone helps her crossover. She spends her time wandering throughout earth in search of other ghosts or someone to help her, her memories are fragmented but she remembers being a dancer, enjoyed looking at the stars when she could, and hating lying in the hospital. She can't fully remember who she is.

Personally-wise, she's a bit quiet and blunt. A bit clumsy with her words, and gets frustrated easily because she can't remember her human life. Everyday she wishes she wasn't a ghost, everyday she wishes she had a second chance at being human. Though, she doesn't get depressed, she tries her best to deal with her fate and tries to be a good ghost that does not harm human lives. Her hobbies include interacting with animals and stalking various human lives, human lives fascinate her and she loves just watching them throughout their days to see if she can remember doing things that they did.

One day when watching a human girl through a window, she found Exo an Incubus, that visited the human world to visit the girl she was watching and asked what she was doing. Demons and ghosts never really interacted, but she quickly became accquaintanced with him and then became his girlfriend after short period of time. Though, she never knew he was an Incubus and had many other partners besides her, she enjoys hanging around Exo and trying to help out random humans in strange ways. She writes on misty shower mirrors saying that people look nice today, she levitates garbage into the trashcan, and she helps guide humans to stray animals looking for owners. She does this in order to redeem herself with her seeming bland, uneventful life, where she could've done so much more good but just didn't. Though, this is in vain as she doesn't know she needs a human to use an Ouija board to help her crossover, or just a human to banish her soul. She longs to be at peace, but tries to make the most of her life on earth.
