Most of this reference sheet is written in a sarcastic tone to be amusing. I really don't find him "god-like". In fact, he's actually a very smart, but wimpy politician who hides behind the force of his own military base. He's a pussy. Enjoy.

When I say he's smart, and always right though, I mean it. Sorry. He's had A LOT of schooling, political experience, military command and science experience over his 76 years. He's a damn leader, what can you expect?

I'll fill out that huge black space later. Also, I never wrote anywhere on the ref that he's a perfectionist. I HOPE you got that. I'll add more details later if they're direly needed.

Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy! He'll be a fun character to through in LEO.
