first off, you no nothing about me and/or this piece. just because there's a tattoo of something similar doesn't mean I traced it or anything of that sort. if that is your tattoo, then you should obviously know that most koi flash/drawings/etc pretty much look similar. if not, then you should look at them more carefully. I drew this, scanned it, and recreated it on photoshop. If this was someone else's work, I wouldn't have copyrighted it as my own. Nice try, never assume :]
