No, (N.)Fredbear has no evil intents with the child.
He actually likes the child, and became friends with him (in my AU).
While the other N.Animatronics likes the child as well, although N.Chica just follows what the other's like.

Since the child has no known name, I'll just named him Elesis

My AU:

During each night, the guys roam around the house doing normal indoor-stuff; talk to each other about stuff, Watch TV, play games with the console, and cook in the kitchen(most of the time, Chica does that).

Luckily Elesis's Father and brother works night shifts, leaving him alone in the house every night. They don't know about the N.Animatronics, which is a good thing, they would do something bad if they do...or worst.

Anyway, Elesis became fond with them, unlike before when he still was afraid of them. Fredbear is the closest Elesis got fond of, same goes to Fredbear for him.

However, Fredbear is a kind of person who likes making troubles and mischief(both in the house and outside), and because of this, he would always ask Elesis to join him, in which Elesis most of the time refuse. Elesis may like Fredbear but he always gets annoyed about Fredbear's doings and plans

About the Pic:

This pic is about Fredbear talking with Elesis, As Fredbear persuading him to join him in his trouble-making hang-outs.
As always Elesis annoyingly refuses, but Fredbear just kept at it.
Minutes later, As Fredbear still kept at it, Elesis with a sigh of complete frustration finally accepts it.

Fredbear - "Trust me, kid. This'll turn your world around".
Elesis - "oh, you mean like when we were inside that building full of mafia-like criminals?".
Fredbear - "hey, how should I know that guy we tried scare was a big-time druglord? shit, all I wanted was to scare him while he was taking a bath, making him running off, scared throughout the building while being completely naked".
Elesis - "that you actually successfully did, until his men got provoked when he yelled 'big zombiefied yellow bear!!!'. His men started shooting at the room we were in".
Fredbear - "you were scared shitless, when they started shooting"
Elesis - "well unlike you, I'm just a kid whose body is not made of metal, and had powers. I swear one of those bullets went by infront of my face".
Fredbear - "yeah sorry, anyways this time we're going to your brother's work place to mess shit up, you wanted to get revenge for what he did right?".
Elesis - "the revenge is tempting..."
Fredbear - "don't worry about any danger, I'm your Best Friend, I will protect you".
Elesis - "well alright".
Fredbear - "that's the spirit, I already made a plan to mess with him"
Elesis - "mmhhh".
Fredbear - "you'll do fine, trust me".
