I uploaded this as a reference for the cosplay armor I am making to be identical to this.

i love this design. i used it before as reference for a hero's dragon rider armor and the finalized design was AMAZING! i have to say thanks to whoever made this, because you can create a lot of designs based off it.

That has got to be one of the most awesome armours in the Star Wars universe. I love the fact you get something like this after complete TFU2 and choose good. It remind me of Darth Revan's armour but light side version. So awesome.

You should be able to. Win the game and choose the Light Side ending. You could use a code as well.

You can; once you beat the game on any difficulty and choose the light-side end, it unlocks this costume for use.

I did some more research last night and I'm now considering using SINTRA Foam PVC Sheets ([link] ) for the plates; they claim to be easy to paint and hold even silk-screening. Gonna look more into the material and where I can find it locally.

If I might suggest looking in your area for a product called KYDEX. If you're unfamiliar with it, it's what high impact holsters are made from as well as moulding for aircraft it comes in various textures including woodgrain,mettalics,granite, and flourecents. When I've talked to other costumers that have used it they say its easy to heat mold and once molded hold its shape. I asked them as I thought they had it professionally manufactured. Either way I think the lit face plate may prove to be the true kick in the nuts.Good Hunting

I'm currently planning on making them out of fiberglass resin and coating them completely in either latex rubber or some kind of plastic. The helmet is gonna be the hard part; the faceplate glows a white light and cannot be seen into. I'm considering 2-way plexiglass and LEDs...

I thought so, too ^_^ I've been trying to find screenshots to upload of the armor in-game, but can't seem to find any online and I'm unable to take my own as I don't have the proper hardware to connect my 360 through my computer.
Yet... *evil grin*
