Before I say anything else, I'd like to compliment you for making an accurate and adorable model; good job!
Now about the distribution thing.
First of all, Cry may not have even seen the note, as he's not a very active dA user and, from what I gather, it was sent a long time ago.
Second, he actually said on a livestream fairly recently (maybe a couple months ago) that he doesn't mind people distributing/selling things involving the Sup Guy. Wouldn't that mean you're free to distribute the model?
Third of all, a bunch of other people have been making and distributing Cry models and he doesn't get fussy about it. I'm sure you can as well.
I mean, I don't wanna force your opinion, I'm just letting you know. Anyways, like I said before, amazing model! <3
