These are the Carbuncle twins, RubyCarbunclemon and SapphireCarbunclemon. They are Champion lvl Digimon who run a battle event called Digimon Tactics. The Tactics events are an annual event in the Digital World that can only be accessed via taking a Locomon to an Invitation only location. Any Digimon can apply to take part in the Tactics Tornament be sending off a special Tactics form but the strongest competitors will be invited by ways of invitation.
The carbuncle Twins are loosely based off of the Yugioh Card, Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle and off of Final Fantasy's Summons, Carbuncle. But the overall design is based off of Pokemon Black and White's Emmet and Ingo, the Subway Bosses.

SapphireCarbunclemon is more serious. He is always telling his brother to take the events more seriously even though he knows Ruby never listens. Don't get me wrong, Ruby is a very serious Digimon, especially when he is participating in various battle events and together with Sapphire, they are a force to be reckoned with as they can DNA Digivolve together at will by melding the Faux Crystals on their tails together.

Ruby has a thing for baby digimon too. he can't help but gather them all and hug them which annoys his brother, Sapphire who usually has to drag his brother away by the collar of his jacket.

We both have a soft spot for little ones. We're really good with little kids, especially me. There's a good amount of things we like together and apart.

I have slight Pedophobia, a fear of kids, especially babies but i am slowly getting over it. I have a 6 year old Nephew and a 17 month old niece, both i couldn't go near until a year or so, especially with my nephew. But i do love my niece and nephew and i am always now messing around with them.
