Her OCs, Carlot and Chally.

Don't know why, but for me she would be a dominant figure in any conversation/relationship, while he would be much less agressive. I choose those two because I really loved their designs, although they're hard to be reproduced. I couldn't figure some details and fabric layers on Carlot's outfit, so I changed his costume a little.

I had planned on making at least one more entry (with another character, by the way), but I won't have time for it...

Constructive critics please! I wanna hear what you guys have to say!

Edit2: Fixed some anatomy problems pointed by and , or at least tryed to... Thanks! It really looks better now! couldn't go further with the edit, in fear of deforming too badly the whole picture (got some side effect blurriness in some places already)

The background is very nice~ it has a nice strong shade, but the textures and white gives it the impression that it's not the primary subjects but the figures basked in it~

As the previous comments have mentioned, Chally's shoulders doesn't give a strong impression of its length and thus appears lacking in balance. Her neck is in a similar situation as it's connected directly to her shoulders. If her shoulder is lengthened along with additional substance to her neck, her figure would improve tremendously. Sorry if it's kind of vague, but I hope you understand the idea.

I also like how Chally "floats" to Carlot though~ ^^

Thanks! I'll see what I can do to improve this piece with photoshop's liquify tool ( I don't really like to use it, I have some sort of purism with my drawings that I end up not correcting it once it was scanned, It's a shame since I end up seeing a lot of mistakes once it reaches the screen).

I wanted Chally to be like... overwhelmingly strong in this piece, as if she was saying " I'm the one in control of this situation". That's why she kinda floats and lifts his face(while grabing his pretty hair), while his eyes keep evading. He, on the other hand, was meant to look passive and stable, sustaining the piece.

Nice improvement! Although you say you were not able to do much, this small edit makes quite a difference!

Now that her shoulder is lengthened, her neck has more definition which increases its proportionality and looks more natural~

I like the colors you used a lot.
As for critique, I think that Chally's shoulders are not large enough and her neck seems placed a little oddly. Carlot seems fine to me.

Thanks! Yeah I agree with the anatomy problems you pointed for me, thanks! Her arm was also too short before I started coloring, that one I managed to fix a little before I started to CG.

Thanks! Though I'm pretty sure they wouldn't get along that well if they met... I loved making never ending patterns, even though they didn't come out as polished as they could. The colors were a little bit troublesome, they were made in translucent layers over the background, so not all of it completely covered the background color.
