Bhangee is a person that consumes Bhang and Bhang is better known as Marijuana. Marijuana is not illegal in Pakistan and it literally can be found everywhere sprouting like weeds. Usually Bhang is not smoked here, the most common method is to crush the leaves into a paste and mix it with either milk or water and is drunk.
