Pulled from my archives, I remember the day well, the midday temperature has crossed the 48C mark (119F). The heat of the pavement burned through the soles of my boots, the bazaar was almost deserted. They say "Only Mad Dogs and Englishmen go out in the noonday sun" ... I think we have to add in a rabid Photographer and poor carwash boys desperate for a job.
