LOL no. Seriously. I've never heard of such a program. How, in summary do you do this? Do you replace an existing character with Alex or do you genuinely can put him in any pose? And facial expressions? Can you change them?

Pyramid Head would be available too...
The model has been extracted from the game and has been rigged (adding a "skeleton" to the model) later - not by me.
So I can put Alex or any other model as long as it's in the correct format into any pose I want, including the facial expressions if the face is rigged too. In this case the face isn't completely rigged.
