I'd say you could at least find out if the deviants are good at googling.
- Hey, of course it is realism, I'd know that even without looking up Pelez in Wikipedia. It's not only the way it is painted - very realistic, but that would not rule out Naturalism nor Romanticism - but it's the choice of subject. Nothing romantic in that mother's look, or in her children gathering around her. This motive has a critical attitude, even in not implying anything, but in purely depicting the poor - just BY depicting the poor in a casual, matter-of-fact, not even the slightest romantic way.

Not the expert, but Naturalism- hugging the legs of realism. Nothing more sobering than the desperation in the eyes of a mother.
