Description All I ask is, when I die, please do remember me
Not for things I've done and not for things I've heard or seen
Not for what I seemed to be, not even for the truth
Not for what I have accomplished in my shortened youth

Please, just let my feelings hit the cold, damp, moldy floor
I know my emotions didn't matter much before
All I ask is, when I die, don't worry over pain…
All I ask is, when I die, just treat me much the same…

This. Hit me in the gut.
My goodness. I was getting really worried. Phew!
Aside from that, this was really well written.
It was the appropriate length to convey the "urgency" of the Persona in *ahem* finishing her task as compared to writing a third paragraph which would make the poem seem too lengthy.
In addition, the words used are just so.. perfect in conveying how the Persona's decision was made for herself (maybe because she felt fed up with the solitude... I don't know...) and not to affect others.

Brilliantly crafted as always.

This is sad... I guess what struck me is, the person who wrote the note doesn't really seem to want anything at all, except to be ignored as they were in life. So maybe they never actually knew what they wanted at all, except to end their suffering.
