Yeah... It takes a bit depending on what you want to do.
But really, it was all done with the pens, fill, then the tone use and air spray brush tools.

lol... very kind. but i'm more like a kindergartner drawing with crayons! i love this program for the inking but you got me thinking now that i can do a lot more in coloring than i think is possible! thanks for the tips!

But, oh my goodness, the inking is amazing on the program.. As for brushes and coloring, it depends what you're going after. MS isn't 'as professional' as SAI, or anything like that... But you can gather some really neat effects nevertheless.

the inking makes my work look 10 times better than it should. Inking in vector is even better just for the ability to erase an entire line with one stroke!
I don't think I have the eye for coloring for anything beyond a "simpsons" look. lol
