Very gorgeous! I love the monochrome of it and the more carnival-esque feel of it. I just really like darker carnivals c: The expression and balloons I think really tie the piece together... Fantastic job!

Gosh this looks great! I think this program will do you some good, seeing as how it looks like it'll do you some good in learning value and texture in digital mediums. c': Your strokes are drawn very precisely, which I like, along with the textures in his clothing and hair. Overall this is a really good piece for a sketch, haha. Keep it up! c':
