Arr, Julie is Ethan's little sister who was seperated from him by the law for eating three and a half men. When she tastes oxygen-rich (as in red) blood she goes on an eating frenzy, obtaining a demonic power that cause her to devour any form of meat in sight (for some reason, fish blood doesn't seem to affect her.) She was taken from Ethan at the age of 10.
The law was puzzled by this absurd behaviour and wanted to study her so they put her in an asylum to be tested and researched. A year later, she got sick of it and "became friends" with a fellow maniac and busted out of the asylum. She is currently trying to find Ethan, who believes she is dead.
Julie is approximately twelve and currently resides with a mentally unstable homicidal maniac called Damon. Despite this crap, she is actually a very bright and bubbly girl who loves nature. She's pretty blunt though and gets annoying. She eats veggies, fish, and very-well-done meat.

'Devon' is the original name I came up for him. Arr, maybe I will stick with Devon. He's very awesome. A chain smoker with a neverending need to have fun. He doesn't like Julie too much (mostly because Julie is a cockblocker) and expresses that often

Oh, I don't blame you. ;______; But, uh...idk, roleplaying always helps? Although I don't do it much, it's more the...character interactions that helps me figure out quirks and expressions for the characters. Maybe try some of those memes? If you get one that's actually challenging. I dunno, just random suggestions.
And expressing it in words, yeah, uh...I can't help with that. |D I think honestly in the end it all boils down to "practice makes perfect!" D:
