HOW does this not have a million favorites? the concept is, of course, wonderful, and even visually i think it's so good. from the color combination, to the emptiness of the plate that fills a lot of the image, down to the way you placed the pills, like tiny bubbles of nothingness.

My best friend's on a diet... She really doesn't need to be, she has a fantastic body... It really scares me how much people can care about how they look, and that they'll go to such lengths to get a "perfect" body.

Very nice concept.
Although I've never gotten into the habit, these types of photos always interest me.
I saw a popular deviation once where it was some pills mixed in amongst Valentine's Day heart candy.
You did a wonderful job with lighting, focus, the whole thing.
