I like the fact that you turned the photo, it makes it look more interesting ^ ^. This photo reminds me of this ehh machine that draws lines sideways in shocking movements, like a seismograph thing? (What a sucky description..

Great Shot! I know it's art but I think this shot is credible enough to have been place in the horizontal position. The colors are great and the composition has a has a graphic feel, very simplistic and contemperary. maybe you could do a slight crop at the top of the image to cut out what appears to be the pilings of a pier or bridge. Again great shot.
