the water, again, looks very beautiful ♥
but this piece seems to have some very active waves at the front, even if the water behind it looks very calm.. which.. looks very odd in my opinion
also I think you noticed that the rocks look odd.. smudged looking rocks look smudged I guess
but I also want to say nice things about this
What I noticed, and which is very nice, is that we can see through the water where it touches the rocks
and the piece has a wonderful perspective as well ^^
also how the rocks are placed is very nice and gives a good effect ;3

i suppose if you were going under water it would slosh about regardless of how calm it was, but having said that it would create more visible disturbance throughout. It didn't work, but whatever! :-D
and nah the rocks aren't smudged, i just have no idea how on earth rocks work even with a reference heheheeheheh /useless

you can search for rock tutorials, while most of them are useless, there are some which are really helpful ;D
