9. Based on the song "I Don't Remember" !! It's about a man losing his memories. After chasing a certain dog, he remembers that he's actually dead.
10. Halloween costume(?): The Culprit _(:'D )_ Carries a shovel to bury dead bodies.... Shovel tripped everyone during event 8((( bad shovel

13. Early painting of him! There's a bit of mind-talk, I'll copy-paste it here: "Sometimes when I look up, I wonder if- y'know, if you're there in one of those little lights. I wonder if they are galaxies and your little planet is there somewhere- I also wonder if that's true, after all, because that means we're not so far from each other. At the very least I could see 'you' from here.

About the last image, it's where June works part-time! A small, odd photography studio called "Blue Air" down around the plaza! Drop by if you have the time! He's probably handing flyers outside or inside doing things- that is not taking photos, sadly.
