I know right? I wish HL2 went more in depth with the citadel, but what can you do.

I think it could have made a bigger resolution and a bit more focus, but I like it.

I think it was intended to be blurry around everything else except the Citadel...to bring your attention to the fallen citadel.
I think it delivers an amazing feel of what happened during the game.
