I used Sai for the lining and 99.9% of the coloring, then took it into Photoshop to tweak the RGB colors and take the tones down a hair. C:

Mypaint is an art work program for pro's, it can be used for high quality graphic tablets and all that, you can costume make brushes and download more, you can also download sketchpad with color codes you can use to make your art more realistic, MyPaint is a free very good program *Smiles slightly and shrugs*
