Update:: 100+ favorites!! Thank you all C:hEY GUYS.
I just thought I'd let you know that my hand is cramping. <3
And the last canine Delano I drew was January 12
And this had 95+ layers
And this took around 7 hours.
And did I mention my hand is cramping?
hh
Actually I wasn't planning on doing the big lightning-y cloud in the bg, but suddenly when I was drawing the rain I was like.. I need two colored outlines over the lineart yes u.u So then I just started going all out and my hand cramped up but I made it out alive x.x

I've been over-stressed by school and so I never had motivation to do any art, and so I kinda became inactive for like a year and a half or so... but I got help and I'm doing much better now xD
Plus, I'm taking a digital drawing and painting class in college so it's making me get back into the artsy mindset C:

Can still be stressful of course, because work is work, but it's a much more mature and responsible environment. At least compared to the school I went to before it xD

Pssh, hey, I'm just fine with where I'm at with drawing, saying that, I most likely will not improve on it much more (I'm really more focused on creating stories than drawing), and know one has ever told me I'm bad/terrible at drawing, and really, I'd most likely be like... Oooh, I don't know where to start with this amazing piece!
The overall atmosphere is breathtaking! There's this wide area in the background, the thunderstorm, that one part where the sky is still clear and the heavy rain. 
And then there's the character...awesome pose! Poor fella looks so exhausted from the storm and the walk up the hill...and so dripping wet! Again, awesome effect!
Your poor cramping hand may cramp, it deserves a little boycott after this awesome picture. X>
