And it's official. I am writing a Warriors...fanfic?.....and I'm not sure whether it will be in written form or comic form. Any ideas or advice on that one?? UPDATE: The written form starts here! Warriors: A Light in the Darkness CHAPTER 1CHAPTER 1
“The 10th Victim”
“Rainkit is gone.”
Those were the first words out of Nightfrost’s mouth the moment Bluelight returned to camp from a long hunting patrol with Goldfire. His reaction was slow as he stared back at his mother’s terrified expression. What had she said? Did that even make sense?
The large vole Bluelight had been carrying dropped from his mouth, landing in the snow at his feet.
“Wha…what do you mean ‘gone’?”
But Nightfrost could not answer him. The shock had willed her into silence and seemingly swept the energy from her legs as she suddenly collapsed and curled into a shivering ball of black fur. Another she-cat, Indigoheart, rushed to her side and purred soothing words into her ear while trying to get her to move to the warriors’ den. Bluelight continued to stare, paralyzed with confusion. As his clanmate, Mintshade, approached him, he Comic starts here!

These are two of the main characters, Bluelight (black and white) and Goldfire (orange tabby and white), two young warriors of IceClan, a clan whose home is on the side of a huge snow covered mountain. That's kinda why they don't look all that bothered by the weather. Blue and Gold are best friends since they grew up in the nursery but are very different. Goldfire is a popular tom with an outgoing personality and infectious optimism, while Bluelight is a quiet and pretty antisocial, only getting along with a few of his clanmates, which includes their odd medicine cat, Grayfog.

Storywise: This is before Bluelight receives his signature scars. In fact, this is leading to the event that caused them. An enormous snowy owl, nick-named the "White Death", has been picking off kits in their territory for a while. Many patrols have been sent out to try and find it's home but with little success. But when Rainkit, Bluelight's beloved baby brother, becomes the latest victim, the young warrior ventures out on his own during the night tot find revenge or die trying. But of course, his loyal friend is not going to let him do this alone. This scene depicts the two on the hunt for this monster, taking place in the prologue of my fic, titled "A Light in the Darkenss"

Artwise: What can I say? I suck at blizzards. Honestly, I'm just experimenting at this point with the few programs I have at my disposal.

Needless to say, you'll probably be seeing more concept art for this project along with my comic stuff.
