This was the thing that finally broke this darn art block of mine. I've had the general concept rattling around in my head for a while now, but I had never really gotten around to doing it. That is, until I read issue three of Mass Effect: Redemption. Thennn it pretty much drew itself. Suffice to say, she gets pretty angry near the end of issue three. 'Can't wait for the conclusion coming next month!And yes, Liara's eyes are supposed to be glowing, for those of you who haven't read the comics and didn't notice Samara. Appearantly asari do that when they utilize their biotics to this extent. And they are darn hard to draw when they are to that extent.
And I guess one could file this as entry number one in the book of "Reasons not to cheat on Liara".
Post note; I didn't get her face the way I wanted to --resemblance-wise-- so expect to see more of her from me.

I've just a few peeves with this. First, the lines seem a bit... much, like they're too heavy and draw too much attention to themselves. Second, and you're going to tear your hair out at this one, the lighting on her face seems all wrong to me. I mean, unless her eyes are *really* sunken, it doesn't seem like flashlight-eyes would make that particular kind of glow pattern. Also, does Biotic Powers Activate cause one's teeth to bioluminesce as well?

The eyes aren't supposed to be the source of light for her face. And even so, I'll probably be tweaking this over time.
