I used your photograph in a compilation here [link] You mentioned that credit and permission were not granted. CREDIT WAS GIVEN back to YOU in my explanation of the steps I used to create the final image. (SEE 5th Comment under my image). I looked all over your DeviantArt page and do not see anywhere where permission needed to be granted for use. I apologize if you have been offended. That was never my intention. I will be more than happy to delete my image entirely if that is what you wish.

First of all i'm not offended, credit is not given back because you only link the image but doesn't mention my name as a Photographer. Funny thing is your second remark because on the photo is my © symbol (2 times) present, as on any photo of mine. This means the photo HAS COPYRIGHT, and therefore can not be used without consent. Furthermore in the exif from the photo is clearly mentioned the Copyright. In the title of the photo you see © 2009-2011 Indots (that's my company). And legaly it is wrong to use an image which is easily identified by who is the maker.
So your remarks hold no ground here.
The problem is that borrowing images is so easily done, but actually it's ethical en legally wrong. 
But i'm not angry at you at all, i just felt i needed to say something about. You ask for permission but then you use it anyway without the given consent....ehhhhh...
So give me credit on flikr as you gave credit to the other person, otherwise you could remove the image entirely.
