     After the long months of school you realize, you have a whole summer of parties, going to the beach, and just relaxing, not doing any work. You come home from school after what you think is the longest bus ride of your life. This bus is keeping you from salvation, from freedom, from..fun!
    When you get home you see your mothers car in the driveway, strange because she works until 5 and it was only 4. You thought "Maybe she is home making a big dinner for ending the school year.." Once the bus stopped you casually said goodbye to your friends and as soon as the bus door shut you started jogging, getting ready for the best couple of months of your life.
    You walk inside and see your mother sitting down in the den, by herself on the couch. "Hey mom, how come you're home so early?" you ask as you shut the door. "Hunny," she says softly but firm, "come sit with me over here." "Ok mom.." you say, "is there something wrong?" "well.." she pauses, "There is some news to tell you, the first one is kind of silly but its true, the second is... not so silly and also true." You start thinking what could be so bad.
     "Well...what is the news mom." She takes a deep breath and begins, "Hunny since you are about to be a senior in high school I think that its time to tell you.." she stops, "tell me what mom?" "Well, I've been meaning to tell you this since it happened, but when we adopted your sister, she came with something else."
   What the heck, you think to yourself. "What?" you ask her. "Well, David, your sister, has some unusual..talents" "Unusual?" you ask her, trying to withdraw as much information you can from her. "Well, you sister has an ability that makes her...unique and special. David.." "yea mom?" you ask worried at the news. "Your sister... can perform magic."
    "Ha ha ha, what?!" you try to ask with a straight face. Around the corner you see her walk in the room and you begin to laugh a little louder and then start to slow down. "well David, thats the first news, the second news is about you" "Haha, am I a magician too?! haha" you say trying to not choke while laughing.
    Angie walks forward and crosses her arms in front of her and puts a grin on her face. "David," your mom says "I got a call from your school today that said that you are going to have to retake 2 classes in summer school." "Really? that sucks" you say without worry. Your mother would pay for it and everything would still go according to plan.
    "Yes David, it does suck, but this time I'm going to make sure you learn your lesson so you can graduate next year." You perk up, what is she talking about you think. "What is it?" you ask.
