This is my application for Enader group with my new character Arconte ^^

Powers: Lunar Charm - Arconte can manipulate with perception of other person, so they can see him as one of the most charming/attractive/persuasive being. This power is most efficient if someone is alone with Arco and it allows to affect actions and decisions of this person.
Extra:
- He's sees most of beings as marionettes he can use for his goals
- We can definitely describe him as hedonist
- With his power he can easily get along with some humans (mostly from underworld - he works as fence)
- Sometimes he "borrow" some things and "forget" to give them back
- When someone tries to "convince" him with force he'll try to run away to find any person that he can manipulate to help him.
