Man, I always feel a bit bad when the first word that comes to mind is "sexy" while looking at a cartoon. I assume that's what you were partly going for though, so success! I do think the image would have benefited from having some darker tones on the woman's body and clothing. I think it really would have popped from that bright background then. I love the colors you've used though.
