Iris on the last panel doesn't look noticeably big or distract from the story in any way. I don't know if you did this intentionally but the lighting on the "upbeat" frames is brighter: I would accent the lighting even more to show the lightening and darkening of her mood and prospects.
Your script and expressions are nicely done as usual, really moves and connects the viewer.
   If you were to redo any part of this page, I would do a redraw of frame 5 with the old lady. Face-on is a tough angle, especially if the character has a long nose. Try a different angle, maybe a little more wrinkle to her face to give a warm expression.
