Give oekaki a little more credit, eh ^_~? It's just as valid of a medium as any other. However, oekaki is unique in that it can bridge the gap between what is perceived to be "fine art" and fan-based art. I love that tension between high and low. The only distinction is in how you use it. And you clearly use it well ^___^.
Hmmm...as far as this piece, I like the dialogue between the two people and their respective "counterparts." They wear expressions of mock glee and the pastel colors would normally point toward happier happenings, but this is upset by the image of the force-fed hummingbird and the grubby, bloodied, baby-like angel/conscience on the main figure's shoulder.
I'm still wondering about it.
