That's the epic guy-syndrome with short hair... it's incredibly hard to make them have unique hair or at least something that makes them look different from one another... (I'm not sure if you noticed, but Luke's hair almost complete replica from Takahiro's BBB hair without the hat xD Only in white lol)
Well true the personalities and status are quite different, but the type is similar being albino-ish twins with difficulties in their relations and Saki's necklace is identical to Liza's Infinity Core, only in red xD
