Sure, it may look A BIT like Boost Ingram; but if you ask me, it looks MORE much like Skyress (Noting the head, looking similiar).

Ingram is a male, the poor english dub made the SAME MISTAKE TWISE (first with Tigrerra) and translated him into female. So no, Ingram doesn't evolve into a female, he was a male since the beginning. They only changed his voice because it was too obvious Ingram was a guy after that ninja look.

Yeah up until Ingram evolved I was sooo confused b/c sometimes he would be called a she and then a he...and he had a female voice till his evolution.....i hate that they did that....

Yeah.
Drago was referred as Salamander in the english series as well. First it was mistaken as a nick name Wyvern would call him "Dragoruni" or something, but later was confirmed as Salamander being his actual name. In the beginning of NV Lync says he remembers Drago and calls him the Pyrus Dragonoid Salamander.
