Beautiful detail in the iris area but I'm afraid you overdid the eye lashes...they seem painted(added in photoshop). Anyway, really nice job!

thanks... Only the downer eye lashes are added in photoshop, from a brush.

Beautiful... And the "sharp point of focus" effect with an original F/5.6 photograph is really impressive too. You're a Photoshop master! I thought when I looked at it, as it's already worked a lot with texture and colors, that you might want to get rid of the "white dots" on top of the nose at the forehead center, by cloning them out most probably. It would enhance the overall "perfection" feeling to this work. But then again, it's of course completely your call and I only allow myself to suggest it because you specifically mentioned that you welcome suggestions. I love it the way it is already!
