My problem is that it is not a vector piece. Vector is created by hand, or vector object, with the pen tool in PS, or Illustrator. The brushes are not vector objects, so the title of your piece is misleading.
Also, you say you have created the image, when in reality you did not create every aspect. If you were to rename it without the word vector, or with the word vector-style, or even vector brushes, I would not have a problem with it.
