Awessome drawing, she is well proportioned, I love the clothes and the colors you choose for them it really suits the character well...omg and her hair is gorgeous , the shine adds to it, the different shades blended out well.

All in all you put a lot of time and effort to it, just a couple of hints I could give you are: everytime you draw a character try making a background, even if it's a wall...this will make your drawing apear more sophisticated another thing would be shadows (or shading)...the hair pice is amazing, it steals all the attention from the other parts, what I wanted to say here is, try putting shadows on the rest of the body.

The drawing looks really good, the shine of the hair is very nice and is the highlight of the whole drawing. The body is well proportioned, no complaints there considering that her clothes are loose and cover her up. Although you did do a good job on the hair, it does overshadow the rest of the drawing, specifically the clothes. I can see that you shaded the clothes in the same style, but they don't stand out on there own, and it is difficult to see the work you put into them, which sucks since it would really add a vibrancy to the character. Finishing up her right arm would be nice, though it would be also nice if you drew a foreground and background to compliment the features of the character, like trees blowing in the wind, a city scape, or any destination really. Though what would really be a great way to highlight the best features of the drawing with minimal effort would be to crop the drawing to just below the chest, and get rid of some of that grey on the corners. By shrinking the canvas to focus on the head of the character, you remove unnecessary details while also creating a focal point. Hopefully this helps~
