I once had a headcanon that Medic can't go to Oktoberfest because he's a wanted man in Bavaria for that stealing-the-skeleton-of-a-patient story, I imagined the other Classes trying to disguise him somehow so he can go to Oktoberfest with Heavy, but everyone failed miserably, even Spy (who wanted to disguise Medic as the German Chancellor XD)
(btw, it's not "mein hand", correct would be "meine Hand", don't wanna be nitpicking, but I saw that you appreciate corrections, so...

well, I imagined he'd give Medic one of his masks that somehow manage to fool everybody outside their own team XD I imagined Medic having two main problems with the plan 1. he didn't want to walk around as an old woman and 2. the chancellor's probably the most observed person in Germany, someone would be bound to notice that there's something suspicious about the chancellor randomly showing up at Oktoberfest without an announcement while at the same time being supposed to be somewhere else XD
I'm afraid it's mainly a matter of memorization... when we learn about the genders of nouns as kids in school we learn to use what sounds right to us and get corrected if we choose the wrong one, so yeah X'D guess it's just something you have to get used to far enough that it comes naturally...
Something that can help with matters like the genders of nouns is watching movies in German, maybe online or if you have any DVDs that can play the movie in German
That's also the main method I used to learn English, I had English in school for a few years but I was always too lazy to learn vocabulary and grammar so I just snatched up what I could during lessons and then watched DVDs at home in English with English subtitles, that way I learned the language by simply getting used to it

Shoot, I just wish there was an easier way to get a hold of German movies with subtitles where I am. I mean, I have found movies, but never with subtitles. I'm sure there has to be SOME out there.

(it's debated whether that even plays in Germany, but I still think the Chancellor from that movie is German, just look at that picture, obviously a Nazi-reference)

that's all, really? That sucks... we at least have variations, some DVDs can play movies maybe in German, English and French and others could play it in German, English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, etc, it's different from DVD to DVD for us
