Lol that's just a matter of adjusting the resolution and changing the type of document. If you zoom in on a jpeg, you see pixels. That's because the image is in roster format, which is what photoshop uses. If you up the resolution then there are more pixels per inch leading to less pixelation or "blurriness" in an image. You probably also have your photoshop document set to grayscale instead of RGB or CMYK. RGB is better for online display. CMYK is used if you want to print something.

the scale thing was set to RGB the whole time
But i got it all fixed,
