Actually, monster madeΒ food is different than human made food. If you speak to one of the monsters in Grillby's, they talk about how human food spoils and passes through the body. So therefore, monster food doesn't pass through the body. Yes, Papyrus and Sans are both skeetons, but both are MONSTERS and made of MAGIC.
