Its a very nice piece.

However, you need to add some anticipation to your eye movements. They look kinda mechanical. The same can go for the hair. It looks rather stiff, in where it should have a bouncy element to it. You also could use maybe one or two more frames on the heads return path. I like the "licking of the glass" effect you added to it. You pulled that off rather well.

Looking at this it turned out really well, and i hope that you continue to improve. I would also like to know what programs that you use.
