ive always wanted to do one of these pictures. and now the time has come. ^^ i did this together with my litle brother thats six years old and he was throwing the ice cubes in. After like a million pictures i took this one. its not like i was planning forit to look in the begining but it looks ok now for me. Its a Starbucks glass by the way. one of those big ones.
Post shot editing:
Playing with the raw image. adjusting white balance and stuff like that
ran it through neatimage.
scaled and added border in photoshop.

well first off i think that it's very beautiful, the blue tones work really nicely, although the angle doesn't quiet work for me, i think that a different angle, maybe a little farther back would give the person looking at it a better "splash" effect, also the white line in the bottom left hand corner is distracting to the eye, it draws the eye away from the splash and the water. but again beautiful tones

That's beautiful. And way the splash makes a kind of a ring around the glass is perfect!
However, I notice that you caught the cross-hair in the image somewhere along the line... Near the top-left of the photo -- just background behind it though; shouldn't be too prohibitive to take out.
