It looks like Niksput was trying to touch Flamzer's shoulder but got his firetail by accident and now his arm's burnt and tiny
He's like, "Oh well, I got my other arm"

His hand isn't burnt. Those are just golden straps around his wings. And I think Niksput was wrapping his arm around Flamzer's body
