Moved to Scraps...Another random stuff posting...
I don't have any nice photos of my jewelry yet... For now I just have scans which, at least, show off the beadwork nicely.
This one is leather with glass and jade beadwork. The centerpiece is a cab of Chinese Writing Stone.
Let me know what you think guys! I have plenty more to post if you like this one!

Wow... I really like how you've set that stone. I have some of that (in slate form) and haven't polished it up because I didn't know how to set it. I definately think you have that right on. If I new how to weave I'd use you for inspiration.

Looks great, although I'd suggest higher quality scans, and then resizing them. It looks good in the scan, but I can tell that the scan barely does it justice.
If you don't want to do that, or just want different lights on it, you could set up a mini-studio for it. It wouldn't be that hard. You could make a little frame out of 2x4's, put a floor of plywood on it, and then use whatever box you store it in as a stand. You'd cover it in some heavy black fabric, probably with a window for putting lights and such in, then put your camera in and take some pictures.

Actually, I'd like to get some shots of them being worn. They have so much more life when you see them on the body! I just need better lights and a good model. : )
