Whow this is extremely beautiful! The dresses! The hair (Looks like SOOO much work O_O ) The Wings and Their poses! Omg amazing! But perhaps... the hands.. But I can't draw those neither soo... good job Hands can be annoying but drawing toes is worse haha I like the background a LOT too! The way you color is very unique With what do you color?

The background took longer to do than expected, glad you liked it XD Used watercolour (again ^^'') to colour this...

Yup, its watercolour, I think mine is Derwent .....quite good, also it depends if you want the pan watercolour ot the liquid one.
